Swift Medical Services provides medical evidence reports to assist in obtaining the correct settlement in personal injury cases. Established in 1991, we are independent doctors with extensive experience in medico-legal reporting. To date, we have prepared reports on over £200 million worth of claims.

We are instructed by insurers, solicitors (or individual claimants ) with a wide range of personal injuries for medical examinations. Instructions from individual claimants are sensitively discussed.

On subsequent approval from the solicitor and insurer, we then proceed with arranging appointments with a medical expert and obtaining any necessary medical records. We work closely with a large network of over 2,500 medical experts from all specialities. As such, we can offer a choice of appropriate experts, geographically convenient to the claimant. The medical reports the experts provide are closely monitored within a quality assurance programme at our central office. This ensures that they meet the required standards for all parties and are suitable for the court.

We also work closely with the instructing parties to recommend and assist in the arrangement of necessary treatment to help the claimant make a quicker recovery. In particular, we can put claimants and solicitors in touch with a nationwide network of geographically convenient physiotherapists and chiropractors who will provide treatment without requiring payment until the case settles.
