Provided you are eligible to claim, there are many benefits you should be able to receive such as compensation for injury/ other losses and treatment to help you get better. Early treatment may help you get better faster.

ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED IS TREATED IN THE STRICTEST CONFIDENCE AND WILL NOT BE PASSED TO ANY OTHER AGENCIES. 

If our medical expert advises that you will require prompt medical, physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment, your solicitor will try to agree this quickly and will liaise with us to help organise it for you. It is most likely that you will not be expected to pay for this until the case settles and if you win your case, you may be awarded treatment costs to cover these fees.

If you require other help, such as temporary car hire or vehicle repairs due to the accident, your solicitor will be able to arrange this for you. It is most likely that you will not be expected to pay for this until the case settles. Again, these costs may be recovered if you win your case.
