Provided you are eligible to claim, there are many benefits you should be able to receive such as compensation for injury/ other losses and treatment to help you get better. Early treatment may help you get better faster.

Swift Medical Services will pursue claims for compensation and organise treatment.

We will inform you within 3 days to tell you whether or not you may be eligible for compensation. If it is not clear cut, we will let you know. If you are entitled to compensation and wish to proceed with a claim, you can instruct us by e-mail, telephone or post. If you are not entitled to compensation or decide not to pursue a claim, your details will be deleted from our system.

From the information you provide, our team will then undertake the claims process on your behalf . We will forward your details to a specialist personal injury solicitor from our panel. He will contact you and give FREE initial legal advice regarding the merits and potential of your case. With your agreement, he will then act on your behalf, on a NO WIN - NO FEE basis, to seek settlement and compensation. This means that if the claim is unsuccessful you have no legal fees to pay.

If our medical expert advises that you will require prompt medical, physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment, our solicitor will try to agree this quickly and will liaise with us to help organise it for you. It is most likely that you will not be expected to pay for this until the case settles and if you win your case, you may be awarded treatment costs to cover these fees.

If you require other help, such as temporary car hire or vehicle repairs due to the accident, he will be able to arrange this for you. It is most likely that you will not be expected to pay for this until the case settles. Again, these costs may be recovered if you win your case.
