• Losses that you may claim.

Swift Medical Services will arrange an appointment for you to consult a medical expert at a geographically convenient location.

A medical report documenting details of the accident, subsequent health effects and any treatment recommended, is prepared. It enters a quality control process at our Swift offices before being sent out to your solicitor to be used for your claim. Swift can also organise any treatment recommended by the medical expert.

Your claim for compensation will most likely result in an out of court settlement (this accounts for 90% of claims). However, there is a small chance that your case will be heard in court.

Damages, legal costs and treatment costs may then be awarded.

Time to complete the process will vary depending upon the complexity of the case.
