Legal Process : Statements

It is now required by law that the whole legal process is undertaken as if the case is to be heard in court. However, only 10% of cases ever reach court (usually the more complex cases) and 90% of cases are settled before this.

As such, you and any witnesses you may have, will be required to make a statement about the accident. Our solicitor will help you with this.

As with the medical report, these statements will be seen by the other side.
