Other Losses

Damages (compensation) may be awarded for injuries sustained from an accident. This forms the cornerstone of a personal injury claim.

• Loss of job promotion due to your injury.
• The cost of repairing damage to your car sustained by the accident.
• Any possessions in the car that were lost or destroyed in the accident.
• Loss of your no-claims bonus or any excess you have had to pay on your insurance.
• Any storage charges for your damaged car.
• The cost of hiring a replacement vehicle.
