Losses
Damages (compensation)
may be awarded for injuries sustained from an accident. This forms the
cornerstone of a personal injury claim.

will advise you on claims for other losses/expenses and will help you
prepare a list to send to the court and your opponent.
Such losses may include

- The cost of repairing
damage to your car sustained by the accident.
- Any possessions
in the car that were lost or destroyed in the accident.

no-claims bonus or any excess you have had to pay on your insurance.

- The cost of hiring
a replacement vehicle.
